SMS Privacy Notice
Effective November 3, 2026. This notice explains how American Business Funding Inc DBA American Business Funding handles information collected through our text message sign-up. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
- Your name, business name, mobile phone number and, if you provide it, your email address.
- A record of your consent: the wording you agreed to, the date and time, the page, your IP address and browser type.
- The text messages you send to us and we send to you, with delivery status.
How we use it
- To send the text messages you asked for: funding offers, application and funding status updates, appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- To respond to your replies and your funding inquiry.
- To keep proof of your consent and to honor opt-out requests.
What we do not do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your mobile number. We use service providers, such as our messaging and hosting providers, only to deliver messages and operate the service, and they may use your information only for that purpose.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You can also email Info@businessfundusa.com to ask about the information we hold or to have it corrected or deleted, subject to records we must keep by law, such as proof of consent.
Retention
We keep consent records and opt-out records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance, and other information as described in our Privacy Policy.
