SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective November 3, 2026. These terms apply to the text message program run by American Business Funding Inc DBA American Business Funding ("American Business Funding Inc", "we", "us").
1. Program description
When you sign up at https://app.businessfundusa.com/sms-optin/, you agree to receive recurring text messages from American Business Funding Inc about business funding, including working capital offers, application and funding status updates, appointment reminders and follow-up messages related to your inquiry. Program name: American Business Funding Inc SMS updates.
2. Consent
We ask for two separate consents on the sign-up form, and you can give either one, both or neither. Marketing texts are messages such as funding offers and promotions. Application and account texts are messages about your own funding inquiry or application, such as status updates, appointment reminders and follow-ups. Agreeing to one does not agree you to the other, and each applies only to American Business Funding Inc.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By checking the consent box you agree that messages may be sent to the mobile number you provided using an automated system. You may only sign up with a number you own or are authorized to use, and you must be at least 18 years old.
3. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for text messages.
4. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE or STOPALL. After you opt out we send one confirmation message and then no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

6. Supported carriers
The program works on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
We handle your information as described in our SMS Privacy notice and our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address.
